Leah Chivington, MHA

As CEO of Affordable QR, Leah specializes in creating innovative registry, quality improvement, and analytics programs to improve patient outcomes and lower cost of care. She has been implementing game‐changing healthcare tools for over a decade, building on her education and Leadership roles, where she led large‐scale implementation projects for medical groups and small/individual practices. Leah is currently focused on working with providers and organizations to leverage value‐based care programs to achieve better outcomes and increase revenue. Leah holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master's degree in Healthcare Administration.

Joseph Ipe, MD

Dr. Ipe began practicing Anesthesia in 2000 as a recent Pain Management fellowship graduate from Brookdale University in New York. After several years working as a contracted physician, he became Medical Director of Valley Anesthesia Associates, Inc.at Adventist Health Central Valley South in 2005. Dr. Ipe has served on multiple committees at the hospital and network level and has extensive leadership and clinical experience with multiple EMR systems, and variable group structures

Jordan Esplin

Jordan Esplin, M.Ed, Jordan brings a unique blend of expertise to Affordable QR, holding a Bachelor's degree in Sociology and a Master's degree in Education. Her educational background equips her as an exceptional onboarding and training specialist, as well as a skilled project manager. At Affordable QR, Jordan has spearheaded numerous initiatives that have enhanced departmental support, added significant value to the executive team, and fostered improved client engagement and a positive organizational culture.
